Intended for organizations who want to prepare transitioning individuals to achieve an effective job search through individual coaching and/or career skill building workshops. This provides a win/win situation for both employer and employee. This is an important exit strategy because the quality of your outplacement service provider affects how your separated employees, your remaining staff, and your community judge your company. Job Clubs for Churches and Community Agencies ________________________________________________________________

The client for a Job Club is typically a church, social service agency, job development center, YMCA or community/faith based organization providing outreach services to the community. In most cases, they provide the space for members to meet and hire the services of a career coach to offer individual/group coaching and workshops.

By the end of each session, members will feel energized, supported, encouraged and motivated to take on that career change, job search or next interview. Job clubs also help stave off the depression that sometimes sets in during a protracted job search.

Members will also benefit from the exchange of job leads, business cards, resumes, ideas, and information that occurs in a networking club. It can energize them and help foster a co-teaching spirit with the coach.
