Collaborate with other current and aspiring leaders to learn and apply the principles of Serving Leadership as the foundation for a positive and transformative personal and cultural journey for yourself, your team, your organization, and your community. This course is carefully designed and structured in a group (Cohort) environment taught by Dr. John Stahl-Wert and facilitated by Marcel Schwantes.
The course will introduce you to The 5 Actions℠ of The Serving Leader Model℠ and provide simple, yet highly effective tools for you to put serving leadership principles into action to create a high-performance and flourishing culture within your team or organization.
Your Cohort sessions are designed to complement your individual online learning by creating a shared learning environment where you can connect and learn alongside other leaders taking this course. In these live, virtual sessions, Marcel Schwantes will help reinforce key concepts, explore workbook applications, answer questions, and facilitate group discussions of shared learnings and experiences.
In a nutshell, you’ll be committing to a 32-hour blended learning course that combines 16 hours of personal study via the online learning platform, and 16 hours of live, facilitated virtual learning via Zoom.
The 5 Actions enable leaders to “turn common sense into common practice” through the practical application of 15 behaviors (3 behaviors/action).
